Medicines Management initiative in Wales

A medicine management collaborative programme was launched this week in Wales.The programme,which is based on the model already in place in Englnad,is intended to improve patient care.Sian Evans,programme director,commented:"We hope this initiatie will be a huge success and will provide tools and techniques to the service to improve the way we manage medicines and patient experiences where medicines are concerned."
