Council members seek clarification of Charter vote

When the February Council meeting considered the minutes of its previous meeting (PJ,13 December 2003,p819),two members asked to clarify their position on the proposed new CHarter.Gerald Alexander said that,although his name had been listed among the abstentions,he had been opoosed to the submission of the draft new Charter to the Privy Council.
