Spray system applies tube coatings without mist, waste

The new MicroCoat~R spray system applies rust preventives and other tube coatings in fine, even films while reducing fluid use by 50 percent or more, says EFD Valve Systems Group. The compact, air-powered system includes precision spray valves, a valve controller, and a fluid reservoir.The valves measure 2.5 in. long and use LVLP air to apply coating as an even, consistent film. Controlled application eliminates waste, mist, and dripping to reduce fluid usage. Valves can be fixtured in any position above, below, or to the sides of the stock.
