Butech acquires Lombard Industries product lines

Butech Inc., Salem, Ohio, has acquired the product lines of Lombard, a Youngstown, Ohio-area company, has supplied the metals industry with a range of hydraulic presses for extruding, forging, curing, stacking, baling, straightening, molding, and compacting processes.Butech will continue to sell and service these presses as well as other Lombard equipment such as drawbenches, hydraulically powered stretchstraighteners, ring mills, high-pressure hydraulic valves, and high-pressure pumping and accumulation systems.
