Oil country tubular goods (OCTG) mills operated at 75.9 percent of capacity.The International Trade Administration (ITA) announced its preliminary determination in the antidumping case for welded, large-OD line pipe (more than 16 in. but less than 64 in.) from Japan. Preliminary margins are as follows: Nippon-30.80 percent; Kawasaki-30.80 percent; All Others-30.80 percent.
