From the previous directors Tony Clarkson will join the new management team and will become Sales Director while Jeff McClure will fulfill a 'Hands On' consultancy role. Gary Garside and Alan Day, the other 2 former Directors, are retiring but will remain available as consultants. This will help Trevor, Steve and Julian to concentrate a reasonable proportion of their efforts in developing new business opportunities while the core business is underpinned by very experienced and competent managers.
