Wuxi Changjiang Sheet Metal Signs Facility Purchase Contracts

With Sungchang Machinery, FPE, ABB, UVK. Wuxi Changjiang Sheet Metal Co., a local subsidiary of Union Steel in China, signed contracts for the facility purchase in expansion of its cold rolling capacity. Union Steel said it held September a signing ceremony for facility purchase contracts for its No.3 cold rolling mill (RM) and No.2 push-pull pickling line (PPL) with Choi, Jong-chul, president of Wuxi Changjiang Sheet Metal, and representatives of facility suppliers on hand at its local subsidiary in China. In the case of the RM, Flat Products Equipments of India is scheduled to supply machinery and Asea Brown Boveri to do electrical equipment, and for the PPL, Sungchang Machinery and UVK are to exclusively supply machinery and electrical equipment, respectively.
