Aluminum scrap import quota usage hit a record high in October. The Korea Nonferrous Metal Cooperative Association said November 22 that its monthly recommendation for the use of aluminum import tariff quota reached a total of 23,905 tons in October, up 61.6 percent from 14,793 tons in the same month last year.
