Poongsan is pushing forward with the new facility investment in Vietnam to launch into wrought copper alloy business there. It is known at present that Poonsan is moving to secure the ground in Vietnam to build a mill for the production of wrought copper alloy. Even though no detailed plans on its investment period, amount and area have been fixed, its basic plan for the facility investment in Vietnam appears to have been almost decided. Overseas facility investment by Poongsan in Vietnam is being pushed forward with under its judgment that the company needs a strongpoint more than anything else in order to make inroads into offshore market.
