The capability to be responsive to change is essential for the Navy's Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR). As the independent supplier of information on the operational capability of new and improved warfighting systems, OPTEVFOR continually seeks to improve the timeliness of its reporting without compromising the rigor of its analyses.
