为适应信息化条件下军事训练转变需要,依据军事训练与考核大纲要求,探索了基于指挥信息系统的海军作战指挥对抗训练的评估机制和方法。通过分析训练的对象、内容、特点和规律,明确了开展指挥对抗训练的基本原则和要求,创新了训练评估指标体系建立的思路和框架,并提出了组织实施训练评估的具体步骤,为推进基于指挥信息系统的海军作战指挥对抗训练,实现对训练水平与训练质量的客观、公正评估提供指导。%In order to adapt to the requirement of military training transformation in condition of informationization, according to the outlines and demand of naval military training and assessment, the paper explores the mechanism and meth⁃od of naval operational command training evaluation based on command information system. By analyzing the traning object, contents, characteristics and rules, it clarifies the basic principle and requirement of developing command counter⁃training, innovating the thought and framework built by training evaluation index system, and promoting the concrete measures of or⁃ganizing and implementing training evaluation, which providing guidance for advancing naval operational command counter⁃training based on command information system, and realizing objective and justice evaluation of training level and quality.
