摘要

In recent years, the self-assembly of inorganic nanocrystals in 2D superlattices has attracted increasing interest. The collective physical properties are neither those of isolated particles nor those of the bulk phase and make them good candidates for further applications. When nanocrystals are ordered in 3D superlattices, special optical, magnetic, mechanic, and crystal growth intrinsic properties have been pointed out.
