摘要

There exists extensively quality inspection of small sample conditions in complex equipment manufacturing industry. For the samples of small batch production having less data and quality information, the paper designs a maximum entropy virtual manufacturing system based on small samples, by analyzing the statistical law of actual product development process, according to the maximum entropy criterion. The system manufactures a lot of virtual products with different quality by simulating the actual development process, effectively solving the problem of insufficient sample in the process of quality inspection, improving the accuracy of quality inspection. The simulation results show us that the system can refiect the actual production process by manufacturing the virtual products, and also has hugely practical value.
