The Construction of the Framework of Grey Prediction Theory for Competitive Sports

This paper starts from the working practice of the Grey Prediction Theory for competitive sports. Based on the perspectives of the analysis of factors, the modeling methods and the model features, the paper constructs a systematic framework of Grey Prediction Theory for competitive sports consisting of three levels: the General Conventional Model Layer, the General Professional Model Layer, and the Senior Professional Model Layer. It also lays solid foundation for the scientific application of Grey Prediction Theory fo r competitive sports, with the discussion of the typical cases applying each forecasting level.
