Contingency Resources Stock Grey Dynamic Model

摘要

The notion and definition of contingency resources are developed in terms of whose characters and the stock dynamic relationship is studied. The parameter packs of this dynamic relationship with some allocating points are deduced in this paper, some theorems on resource allocation points are obtained.
