摘要

The blackout in a power system could cause huge direct and indirect financial losses. How to plan an optimal restoration plan when a fault occurs on a power system is an import issue in modern power system operation. In this paper, the grey relational analysis approach is proposed to develop a decision-making system for choosing a restoration plan to power distribution systems. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, a typical Taiwan Power Company's (Taipower) distribution system is examined. The tested results show that the approach can provide valuable information to operators for planning a restoration procedure.
