EXIT (Ex Utero Intrapartum Treatment) technique - management of a giant fetal lymphangioma.

Dear Editor,A 30-year-old pregnant woman, PARA 0000, was referred at 21 weeks of gestation to our Hospital with the finding of a fetal cervical mass. Septated left lateral mass of the neck measuring 31 mm x 18 mm ×28 mm was confirmed at ultrasound examination with ipo-echogenic appearance compatible with cystic lymphangioma. Fetal growth and amniotic fluid index appeared normal and no other anomalies were found.Karyotyping performed at 16 weeks confirmed normal chromosomal pattern.
