The device has a central opening (4) comprising a catheter (1) whose distal end receives a capillary (11) for placing an in-utero on a fetus skull. A proximal end of the catheter is found beyond an ex-utero cervix such that a rod (2) is moved from one end to another end of the opening. The rod has a distal end forming a needle (6) whose length is sufficient to penetrate a tissue of the fetus skull for causing bleeding. The distal end of the rod is provided with a tinted area, which limits depth of penetration of the needle.
