Thermal diffusion factors alpha(T) are reported at 300 K for five binary systems consisting of helium and a fluoromethane. The data are extrapolated to zero pressure and used to predict the temperature dependence of the binary diffusion coefficients of these systems. (C) 1996 American Institute of Physics.
