The Workshop was held at the Southwest Fisheries Science Center, La Jolla, California, USA, from 28 March-1 April 2011. The list of participants is given as Annex A.Donovan welcomed the participants to the meeting and thanked Weller and the Southwest Fisheries Science Center for hosting the meeting and making the local arrangements.
