Standards Australia acquires 16 Million dollars North American training company

Standards Australia international's [SAI] wholly owned subsidiary, SAI Global, has acquired the North American quality management, training and consulting company, Excel Partnership Inc. The 50 strong Connecticut based company, with revenues of 16 million dollars, provides training, consulting, multi-media and e-learning services to many of North America's leading organisations. The acquisition is part of SAI's growth strategy which has already seen it grow to become Australia's largest management systems registration and training organisation and one of the country's leading technical publishers. The acquisition takes SAI's revenues to around 100 million dollars.
