"Sure," we say to the bartender. "We'll take the Eco-Plunge." Having already survived an economic plunge, we thought, why not enjoy the signature cocktail of Greenhouse, New York's first environmentally friendly nightclub? The Eco-Plunge, it turns out, is about as palatable as watching executives float by on golden parachutes. The peach juice blends poorly with Vodka 360, the world's first "eco luxury vodka," and anyway, our stomachs turn at the very mention of yet another "premium" alcohol. With drinks in hand and our expectations low, we set out to explore this brave new world of buzzword cross-pollination.
