BackgroundLiterature reports shows that robots provide an opportunity for meeting technical challenges associated with Laparo-endoscopic Single Site Surgery (LESS). Following previous success with robot-assisted single-incision right hemicolectomy, this paper reports experience with robot-assisted single-incision total colectomy.
