Asahi/America Asahitec~(TM) PP-RCT plumbing and HVAC piping systems

Asahi/America, Inc. introduced Asahitec~(TM) PP-RCT piping systems for plumbing and HVAC applications. Asahitec PP-RCT is the latest advancement in polypropylene (PP) polymers, with benefits including greater pressure capabilities at higher temperatures than conventional PP materials. Asahitec is comprised of two systems: Climatec~(TM) for hydronic heating applications and Watertec~(TM) for potable water. Pipe in both systems is manufactured with patented Fibercore~(TM) technology, which minimizes expansion and contraction by up to 75 percent, in turn reducing installation costs by minimizing expansion loops and supports.
