EMRA/HDC Soft Fruit Day

Horticultural Development Company (HDC) grower-funded research and development has helped the fruit industry tremendously over recent years. Opening the recent EMRA/HDC Soft Fruit Day, held at East Mailing Research in November, Scott Raffle, HDC Knowledge Transfer Manager for Fruit Crops, outlined the huge number of projects which have been commissioned over the years. It is easy to forget this, especially when there is always a new :hallenge which exercises the mind as the season draws to a close.
