摘要

The study was conducted on aorta of 12 buffalo fetuses of various age groups. The cryostat sections of 10-12 um thickness were obtained at -20°C and were incubated for demonstration of phosphatases,oxidoreductases and esterases. All these enzymes showed negligible to weak reactions in aorta but increased enzymic activity was seen in advancing age of fetus.
