Brian Charles Hilton steele was born in Lancashire,U.K.on May 10,1929,passed away on August 11,2003 at the age of 74.He was educated at the King Georgy the V Grammar School in Southport,U.K.Following his national service in the Royal Air Force from 1947 to 1949,the studied chemistry at the University of Birmingham,and graduated from there in 1952.
