Petronas Chemical tables RM2bn spending plan

PETRONAS' chemicals division has outlined its spending plans for the next year, setting aside almost RM1.5bn (US$500m) for plant construction. Most of this will go towards the ongoing development of a new ammonia and urea plant in Siptang, Malaysia, with about 30% of the RM4.5bn to be completed by the end of the year.
