Petronas Chemicals Group (PCG; Kuala Lumpur) is expected to commission the first downstream production line within the Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (Rapid) project that is under construction in Johor State, Malaysia, in the first half of next year with the rest of the downstream units due online in the second half of next year, says Sazali Hamzah, CEO of PCG.
