According to Dr.Barbara Price,Co-Chair ICBPS,"One of the goals of the ICBPS is to get our countries prepared for a possible pandemic.For the ICBPS this means learning how countries can prepare and ship material from appropriate bulk active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) to vaccines,drugs and other therapeutics and other pandemic related materials to the US and other countries.
