Brachem Acquisition, controlled by private equity firm BC Partners-the major- ity shareholder in Brenntag-has placed 11 million Brenntag shares with institutional investors at a price of ?60.75/share in an accelerated bookbuilding process. The move increases the portion of Brenntag listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange from about 30%, to more than 50%.
