Sumitomo Chemical to merge its three subsidiaries in Singapore

Sumitomo Chemical says that it has decided to merge its three Singapore-based subsidiaries—Sumitomo Chemical Asia, Sumitomo Chemical Singapore, and Sumitomo Chemical Asia Pacific—effective 1 April 2017. Sumitomo Chemical Asia will be the surviving company. Sumitomo Chemical Asia was established in 1990 and it manufactures and sells petrochemical products. Sumitomo Chemical Singapore was established in 1996, and it manufactures and sells methyl methacrylate.
