Aceto (Lake Success, NY) says it has agreed to acquire Andrews Paper & Chemical (Port Washington, NY), a producer of couplers and diazos for the electronics, film, and paper industries. Terms were not disclosed. Andrews' end markets include microfilm, whiteprint, and photo tooling of printed circuit boards, all of which are new business areas for Aceto.
