Lummus Technology, a CB&I subsidiary, has been awarded a contract by Jilin Petrochemical (Jilin, China) for the license and process design of a grassroots ethylbenzene (EB) and styrene complex at Jilin. The complex will have capacity for 320,000 m.t./year of styrene and use proprietary technologies provided by Lummus in cooperation with UOP.
