Engineering concerns throughout the world in particular those in the competitive consultancy climate that is Britain have been welcoming OEMs through their doors of late, and it's been surprising just how much some of these newly accessible test shops can offer. Indeed, in my role as the 'testing investigates' man of Testing Technology International, I have seen many outfits offering competitive service packages that belie their relative little experience.
