Vopak says it has agreed to sell its assets in the United Kingdom in separate transactions to Macquarie Capital (Sydney) and Greenergy (London). Macquarie will acquire 100% of the shares of three wholly owned terminals: Vopak Terminal London, Vopak Terminal Teesside, and Vopak Terminal Windmill, and they will become part of Navigator Terminals. The Windmill terminal is at Barry, UK. Greenergy, meanwhile, will acquire Vopak Holding UK, comprising Vopak's 33.3% investment in the Thames Oilport joint venture at the site of the former Coryton, UK, refinery.
