Frutarom buys flavors producer

Frutarom Industries (Herzliya, Israel) announced on Sunday that it had signed an agreement to acquire 95% of the shares in Investissements BSA for a cash payment of C$42.75 million ($35.6 million). The agreement provides for the acquisition of the remaining shares starting two years from now at a price conditional on the company's results at the time.
