摘要

The mean electrical characteristics of an insulating matrix composite that contains unidirectional fibers of two sorts are calculated analytically. The fibers differ in physical properties and in cross-sectional area. They form alternating layers and make the material anisotropic. The calculations are based on finding an exact solution to the problem of interaction between cylindrical bodies in an external electric field. (C) 2005 Pleiades Publishing, Inc.
