Taiwan's FPCC Restarts Operations Of No.2 Naphtha Cracker-Expected to take a few days before it normally goes on stream

Formosa Petrochemical Corporation, or FPCC, in Taiwan restarted operations of No.2 naphtha cracker, capable of producing 1,035,000 MT per year, on November 18th, which had been inspected since the beginning of last month. FPCC plans to enhance the operating rate up to 100% of capacity. The company runs three naphtha crackers simultaneously for the first time in four and a half months since a fire accident occurred in early July.
