Formosa Petrochemical Corporation, or FPCC, in Taiwan completed its restoration work for No.2 naphtha cracker, which had a leakage trouble, and started operations of the facility in the morning of November 25th. The cracker can produce annually 1,035,000 MT of ethylene.
