Gasoline Price in Japan Hovering High Enough

Despite the sluggish demand for gasoline in Japan since April this year, the spot price is hovering high enough. It is Yen85/liter in Keihin area and may reach Yen86/liter within short. Capacities at toppers were trimmed off in accordance with the governmental guideline by the end of March 2014, while the scheduled maintenances have idled quite a lot of capacity, minimizing suppliable volume of gasoline.
