The No.4 Coal Terminal construction project (T4 Project) promoted by Port Waratah Coal Service (PWCS) has marked one step forward toward realization. On 17th the Australian Government certified the T4 Project as Major Project Facilitation (MPF). As well known, at Newcastle PWCS now operates Kooragang and Carrington coal terminals, while Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group (NCIG), NCIG Coal Export Terminal.
