Disclosed are a brand promotion project management method and apparatus, a terminal device and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring project establishment information, wherein the project establishment information comprises a project ID, a project type and a project budget; if the project budget satisfies an annual budget, sending the project establishment information to an EOA system connected to the project management system, and receiving project examination and approval information sent by the EOA system; if the project examination and approval information indicates that the examination and approval are passed, and the project type is not a non-creative type submitted for examination, sending the project establishment information to a purchasing system connected to the project management system, and receiving project purchasing information sent by the purchasing system; and acquiring project checking and acceptance information, and forming a project closing report based on the project establishment information, the project purchasing information and the project checking and acceptance information. By means of the method, closed-loop control between a project management system, a purchasing system and an EOA system in a management process of a brand promotion project is realized, and complete tracking and feedback are formed during the execution of the brand promotion project.
