Yanzhou Coal Mining Co.,Ltd. of China fosters a plan to further expand coal business in Australia from now. As reported before, at the end of December 2009, Yanzhou Coal bought out independent Australian coal company Felix Resources Ltd. through its 100 percent subsidiary Yancoal Australia Pty Ltd. and obtained the whole package of primary coal assets held by Felix Resources. The purchase amount was approximately Australian Dollars 3,540 million.
