Korea Western Power Co., Ltd. (KOWEPO), Korea cancelled the spot competitive tender (KOWEPO-COAL-2012-SP-02) on thermal coal with a closing date of May 29. No bidder was awarded a contract because all prices exceeded the price set by the Company.
