Taiwan's CPC Corporation is planning to increase again operations rate of its 385,000 ton-per-year No.4 cracker , which had been lowered due to troubles, since the cracker's operation has become stable. At the end of February, CPC reduced the operations rate from about 95% to about 90% because there were troubles at cold box of the cracker.
