FPCC Begins to Consider Lowering Run Rates of its Crackers

Against a backdrop of the widened ethylene-naphtha spread, Asian petrochemical manufactures have been fullyoperating their naphtha crackers. However, Formosa Petrochemical Corporation (FPCC) began to consider loweringoperation rates of its crackers ahead of other companies. FPCC owns three crackers with total capacity of 2,935,000 MTand is fully operating these crackers at the moment.
