摘要

Usually fuel cell Stack monitoring for reasons of reliability and durability means either single cell or cell-block voltage measurements. In a new approach, presented in this paper Information about critical cell/stack Operation is derived from the Stack sum voltage only. The effort for Stack wiring and Instrumentation is thereby strongly simplified and remarkably reduces the System costs. This new technology is applicable on both mobile Systems with transient load profiles and also stationary Systems. Further it can serve as a quality assu-rance tool during the assembling pro-cess of fuel cell Stacks.
