South Korea's SKC to expand Polish PU plant

Warsaw - South Korean manufacturer SKC Europe PU plans to expand production at its facility in Dzierzoniow, Poland. Under the plan, SKC, which is South Korea's largest propylene oxide producer, will invest PLN 2.5m (?600,000) in the plant - which is located in the southwest of the country and within the Walbrzyska Special Economic Zone (WSEZ). The expansion is due for completion no later than 2016, according to a statement from the WSEZ.
