HESSLE,UK-LMC Technik,part of UK plastic moulder Thompson Plastics Group,has bought Crewe,UK-based Polymer Engineering Ltd for an undisclosed sum."This acquisition further strengthens our activities with pDCPD (polymerised dicy-clopentadiene) material and reaction-injection-moulding (RIM) processes,and our ability to support the off-highway vehicle market," said Nick Pascoe,divisional managing director of the Thompson Group's Vehicle Products Division,in a company release.
